I had joined M3M India towards the last quarter of 2009. This was my first real estate experience in India. Prior this association I had worked with Barratt Homes London, UK. There I was responsible to generate business opportunities from wealthy Indian investors. In M3M India I was recruited by Dr. Kunal Banerji (President Marketing) for International Sales. However, there was a dual reporting structure and I had to report to Mr. Achal Raina (President Sales). I was lucky to learn the intricacies of the burgeoning Indian real estate from the two of the best mentors of the industry.

In the initial days of my employment with M3M India I was responsible to primarily handle the international market and explore business investment opportunities in Far East, including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and down under in Australia. I extensively travelled in Middle East including Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Kuwait. I participated in numerous property events in UK and USA to reach out to the NRI audience for various residential and commercial properties of M3M India including M3M Golf Estate, M3M Urbana, M3M Cosmopolitan and many more properties.

M3M India displayed tremendous aggression with meticulous planning, international collaborations with consultants of global repute, top Indian construction contractors, strategic association with global sales partners. The developer continues to grow leaps and bound with project deliveries that is unheard of in the recent years.

M3M India campaigned in exclusive sports events to create brand association with variety of its products. One such example was M3M Polo Suites. My colleague Rajat Jain was the project lead of Polo Suites and he also reported to Mr. Achal Raina for the progress of the project.

Mr. Basant Bansal is the Chairman of M3M India and his younger brother Mr. Roop Bansal is one of the Directors in the company. The other Director is Mr. Pankaj Bansal. The trio is taking the company to new heights and the pedestal is getting tougher for the contemporaries to scale. The developments executed by the company are quite unique and represents the changing face of Indian real estate. A great blend of residential, commercial and retail space is added with mixed land use projects which offer safety, security and convenience.

The company has successfully delivered the flagship project, M3M Golf Estate well within the time frame we were promised at the time of its launch and sales campaigns. This beautiful project was conceived as an in-city executive golf course property spread across sprawling 75 acres. This 9-hole, chip & putt golf course was designed for the residents to navigate their game through the obstacles which are created to make the game more challenging and residents can sharpen their golfing skills.

The M3M trailblazing history is attributed to its aggressive attitude and innovative approach of its young and dynamic Director, Mr. Pankaj Bansal. He is one of India’s youngest realtors constantly creating landmark real estate projects and rapidly changing the skyline of one of Gurgaon’s most prominent growth corridors at Southern Periphery Road, popularly known as Golf Course Extension Road. Under his able leadership the company has tie-up with numerous global giants and the strategic association with Miele Corporation is one such initiative.
